There are people on the net who’d have you believe that to be successful on the internet requires nothing more than the belief that you can “just do it”. Unfortunately they usually have something to sell you.
Folks, believe me, there are good affiliate programs, internet training and opportunities on the internet but there are also a lot of scams, snake oil and rehashed, outdated and ineffective ones as well.

When it comes to making money online – when you have Passion for the idea, company, product or service, of any Internet business from which you expect to make money the more passion you have for it the more likely you will be to WANT to spend your time doing it and the longer you will devote to it.
What I mean by Passion is that you’ve researched and like the company and products or services. It is then that you translate that Passion into the education, excitement and the drive that usually accompany Passion.
Many online entrepreneurs are so good at what they do that they ignore passion because they can sell anything – and that’s OK. But I’m concerned about those of you who are not so knowledgeable at working an online business successfully. Choose products, services and companies that get you excited.
What are your hobbies? Whatdid you do or are you now doing? What do others tell you that you are a natural at? These are the things you will promote the best and have the most fun researching.
Now, I’m not trying to make anyone believe that Passion is the only thing necessary. Because to be successful you must also have a good website, good marketing, widespread advertising, company support, effective keywords… but sidestep Passion and you reduce your chances for success dramatically.
It therefore follows that, if you have no Passion for the company and the products and services provided by that company, again, you won’t attempt to do the work you are being taught.
Internet marketing work is typically not all that difficult or time consuming but it does take motivation caused by Passion to get you off and running with a sustained effort so that you won’t stumble.
You have a great resource in the Internet search engines to search about the Internet Marketing industry for business opportunities, USE IT!
Your research should uncover a company that you like and have confidence in. It should be solid, founded on great principles, and easy to understand with great products and services that are sell-able for which you can have Passion. If you don’t find it move on. You can find the right opportunity containing the attributes identified above.
Note: If your goal is to sell anything and everything online. That in itself is a worthy goal. I’m just saying the best place to start is to start with things you are most passionate about.
First learn how to market on the internet. Learn from someone you know has made a ton of money online. Do what they are doing. Choose the right company products and services to be passionate about.
Promises are great as long as there is proof to back it up! Demand proof. If you’ve been in business more than 30 days and are not making money at then change what you’re doing or how you’re doing it. If it’s fun fire the product or service and find another one.
You will never have to work another day when you do what you love. And, believe me the money will be rolling in within days not months.
